Shape Up is about helping people get healthy together. Two Brown Medical students founded SUTN to apply the well-grounded research that behavior change is most affected through peer pressure networks. Their simple idea was to use the power of social networks inside of corporations to encourage employees to challenge each other to activities that result in weight loss, improved fitness, or specific programs such as smoking cessation. SUTN delivers to corporations a proprietary software-as-a-service platform that can help employers offer positive ways for behavior changes.
